Shipping Information

The Essential Bebe' is currently shipping only within the United States. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or US territories. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order, verify your shipping address and approve payment. Orders will be shipped on business days - Monday thru Friday. We are currently offering our customers UPS grond delivery. Shipping costs will be determined by the weight of the order. Once an order has been placed, you may not cancel it. Please refer to our Return Policy. If for any reason you require twod day or overnight delivery to a street address, please send us a message through the Contact Us page or email us at staff@theessentialbebe.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your order. Limited Return Policy

The Essential Bebe' takes pride in our USA made, couture baby products. Every effort has been taken to ensure the quality of our work prior to shipping. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly offer an exchange or refund. Due to the fact we try to keep our inventory fresh and trendy, merchandise will only be accepted within 30 days of the dated receipt. All merchandise must be unused, with the label intact and attached and in resalable condition with a copy of the packing slip. A refund will be issued in the original form used to purchase the item. Refunds will be credited upon receipt of the merchandise. If you are returning a gift, the purchaser will receive the refund. Shipping costs will not be returned unless the item is damaged. In this case you will need to contact The Essential Bebe' via our "Contact Us" page on our website, or by phone (612-419-4605) to discuss the nature of the damage. We will then provide you a Return Merchandise Agreement number. Please include this number on your address label:

Returns for damaged merchandise not including this RMA number will not be accepted. In the even you are exchanging merchandise, your exchange will be limited to the current inventory on hand at the time we receive your returned merchandise for exchange.
